B. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (Administrative)

Applications are directed to the company's own channel (its email address / platform account). Decisions on hiring, evaluation of candidates, matching with job openings, and determination of working conditions are made by the recruiting company or a licensed employment placement agency.

Periodic filings are, in principle, made once a year (submitted each year between April 1 and May 31); regular interviews are held every three months. Please confirm the current frequency and forms on the Immigration Services Agency's official website.

About the division of roles
Employment placement is contracted and carried out by our partner licensed (fee-charging) employment placement agencies. Certified administrative scrivener work for status-of-residence applications is undertaken by a Gyoseishoshi office. Toyo Shoji LLC provides recruitment process outsourcing (administrative support), development of foreign-worker acceptance structures, and Registered Support Organization services.
Notes on pricing
- Placement fees for employment placement are a separate contract and separate charge with the partner licensed placement agency, based on that agency's own fee schedule (amounts are not published on this site).
- All prices are exclusive of consumption tax.
- Fees are quoted individually depending on scope, headcount, region, and languages.
- Out-of-pocket costs (interpreting, translation, transport, travel, etc.) and fees payable to government authorities are charged separately.

Technical Intern Training & Ikusei Shuro
Prepare for the transition from technical intern training to Specified Skilled Worker and Ikusei Shuro.
Key points
- The Technical Intern Training program is being reorganized into the Employment for Skill Development (Ikusei Shuro) program.
- The Ikusei Shuro program is scheduled to take effect in April 2027.
- Technical intern trainees are not automatically converted to Ikusei Shuro.
- Transitional measures apply to the current Technical Intern Training program.
- In some cases, transition from Technical Intern Training to Specified Skilled Worker is possible.
- The occupation/tasks, skills-evaluation test, and Japanese-language test need to be confirmed.

At present, Toyo Shoji LLC provides transition preparation, acceptance-structure development, transition to Specified Skilled Worker, status-of-residence applications, and registered support.
